First of all, you need to get a list of the URL’s of every single page on your website. Then beside them you will need to write the URL’s of where the new page will be located. For example;

http://www.olddomain.com.au/this-page-here  >  http://www.newdomain.com/this-page-here

Once you’ve got the above, for every page on your website, it’s time to turn that into a search engine friendly robots.txt file, which will tell search engines where the page has moved to.
